Corporate Finance Project Manager
Your area of responsibility:
As
project manager, you will be responsible for preparation, structuring and
implementation of German and international corporate finance consultancy
projects. Your area of responsibility will
encompass drafting investment memoranda, financial planning models and company
valuations, contacting investors or buyers and supporting transaction
negotiations up to their successful conclusions.
Our requirements:
- A degree in economics or similar field with above-average transcript marks
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in investment transactions, investment banking, accounting/auditing or management consulting.
- Competent knowledge in the area of financial accounting
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Very strong communication and leadership skills
- Business fluency in spoken and written English
- Proficient in standard MS Office programs
Corporate Finance Analyst
Your area of responsibility:
You will be working on German and international corporate finance consultancy projects. Your area of responsibility will include drafting investment memoranda, financial planning models and company valuations, researching marking data and contacting investors or buyers. At CatCap, you will quickly begin be working in direct contact with our clients.
Our requirements:
- A degree in economics or similar field with above-average transcript marks
- Primary professional experience in investment banking, accounting/auditing or management consulting.
- Competent knowledge in the area of financial accounting
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Very strong communication skills
- Business fluency in spoken and written English
- Proficient in standard MS Office programs
Internship in corporate finance/mergers & acquisitions
Your area of responsibility:
Have
you successfully finished your first two years of university and would now like to put your new found corporate finance
knowledge into practice. We offer you the opportunity
to work in a highly motivated team and support us in the execution of
consultancy agreements. Your area of
responsibility will include research and analysis of information on companies
and sectors, providing support in the preparation of business plans, investment
memoranda and presentations, (feasibility) analysis and modelling of business
plans, researching potential interested parties, providing support in the
preparation and implementation of data rooms and preparation of company
valuations.
Our requirements:
- Studying economics, or another field with the main focus on economics
- Above-average academic performance
- First 2 years of university completed
- Competent knowledge in the area of financial accounting
- Basic (theoretical) knowledge of corporate finance/mergers & acquisitions
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Very strong communication skills
- Very good spoken and written English
- Proficient in standard MS Office programs
The internship is expected to last at least 2½ months.
